„Passers-by“ is a collection of walks
during which I documented the exact time
a person passed me by, as well as their
location relative to myself. The information
collected was transcribed in a digital audio
workstation (DAW) and was used to make
lush, ambient music. The project compares
some of the busiest, as well as some of the
most remote places in my everyday life,
with a wide range of passers-by present in
each walk. The walks were shortened and
compressed for the listener‘s enjoyment.
